life expectancy of torque engine damper

I got a J's with a puddy mount for sale if interested. Just bought the puddy mount didnt want to break any of the fusebox legs.

For the J's damper itself which is designed the same with NRG and Spoon and any other brands minus the Ingalls...there is no moving parts! Its not like a suspension which is gas or liquid filled! No moving parts or compression...so those dampers itself won't wear out unless the parts of the damper are damaged etc.

Ill have to find out the design of the Ingalls before I can comment on that
