Lowering springs on OEM shocks

I have Tein on my stock shocks, but my shocks are AP2 shocks.. I think they are different from AP1 from what I heard.
I love the way they ride, the only problem I have is because my tires are wider-they do tend to rub if I hit a damn rock in the road.

I'm going to get Eibachs eventually then, just need to find a good place to install them and do the alignment
The suck thing is that the springs only cost like $250, but then I think I'll end up spending almost double that for the damn install at a good shop along w/ the alignment done well!
