Moddiction still in business?
Anybody else order from them recently? I ordered my knob almost a month-ago, it did say back-ordered, but I have not heard from them at all besides the automated order confirmation email at time of order, even reached out 2x via email. I would hate to have to file a claim with my credit card financial institution at this point.

You should be okay. I just ordered from them a couple weeks ago and got the parts shipped right away. Email them via their email (and not from thr form on their website). That form doesn't work or something...also for some reason they never pick up the phone either. But if you email them directly they answer (at least for me).

Update - I ordered Monday at around 6 am and got order confirmation right away. Tuesday I emailed them asking when my order would ship and got no response. Yesterday (Wednesday) I emailed again, no response. I'm going to send another email now. I'm emailing directly to the email address that is listed in the order confirmation, not through the form on the website.
Update: Ryan from Moddiction did finally respond to my fourth email and service has been good since. Idk if they just don't check email often or what, but he is taking care of me now. Unfortunately it sounds like HKS exhaust is on major backorder, so it sounds like they may be giving me a refund so I can order something else.

I tried contacting them numerous times by calling, emailing and messaging them all over social media. They responded to me once or twice, but ghosted me after I gave them my order information.

I ordered a shift knob around this time last year, never heard anything besides the automated email on order confirmation, after about 4 weeks or so went by and no response to a couple of my emails looking to just confirm order is received, estimate shipping timeline, etc...I ended up filing a fraud claim with my financial institution as a product ordered/not received, and sure enough, order got cancelled and I was refunded. To summarize, horrible customer service.
