Default Mugen SS front bumper install (pics)

pics of the install for those who are interested...

painted and awaiting install

removal of the stock front bumper, which curiously has a styrofoam piece directly behind it. This is very easy, requiring the removal of 6 screws on top, 2 in the wheel wells, and about 8 underneath the front bumper.

removal of one of the two plastic undertrays.

view of the naked front.

removal of second plastic undertray.

That's it. Now you can judge how much work there is to do to DIY install the Mugen SS front bumper.
Now I have a big SMILEY face on my car too!

Thanks to Cole and Chris (LOT-TECH and J's AP1) for helping with the install.

thanks!
The construction is CFRP, which I think stands for Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic. So partly CF, I guess.
I've always run with my front plate on due to living in Waikiki, but I couldn't bring myself to put it on this bumper. I guess a couple of $50 traffic tickets would change my mind though

Can we get a pic of the car in the light? It's hard to make out any detail on the bumper because the pix are kinda dark.
