Wink MY FUTURE MOD

I don't know if this is a repost, but I have always been a fan of a high revving motor. And I was said that when/if my s2000 motor ever blows I was going to replace it with something better!

I had a motor in mind, and I just happened to run across it. This is exactly what I would want to drop in my S after I reinforce the chassis, and make it as light as possible while still being somewhat streetable!

This would be a perfect set-up to me. It may not be the absolute fastest and it may not have 800whp, but it would be the most fun IMHO! Enjoy!

You don't think 455hp with 10,500rpm would be fun in our S?

Lol I have flame suit on already, but I would rather have that high rpm rush over low-end grunt anyday. So thats why if I could fab up something like this, it would be the ultimate set-up.

negative and positive comments welcomed!

IMO, i dont think that would work very well as it is designed to pull around a motorcycle that weighs less than 1/3 of what our car weighs... it would take alot to make this work.

The new M3 V8 would be a better choice, not only in price but in suitability.

It is supposedly the physically smallest V8 ever put into production. It revs high and has a torque band similar to the S. Of course it puts out more of both. 420HP wouldn't be bad either.
