test pipe is very easy to install. i got mine from evasive motorsports WITH THE CEL fix. if you plan for a 70mm exhaust or larger then get the 70mm test pipe. its only 5 bolts, 6 bolts if you include the stock 02 sensor. it take about 15-20 min to pull out and put the test pipe in. the hardeest part is getting the cat off. just push towards the rear of the car and pull down. lol make sure the 02 is out of the cat first. its fairly straight foward.

Alright that seems pretty simple, but on youtube it doesn't seem like it sounds any better besides like no drone and better air flow.

^ Even the stock exhaust sounds better with a test pipe. I have a 60mm one on my OEM, and will have it on my HKS i'm getting. In person it sounds much more sportier than it did with the cat with the OEM exhaust.

Can i use a 70mm test pipe on my 60mm oem exhaust?

Also what is the piping size on the greddy ti-c, 70mm?

I see that there is a huge thread on greddy ti-c and hks hi power, but i think thats about the duels. Do you think ill get hated on and closed down if i make one Greddy ti-c single vs hks hi power single? They are pretty similar in price.

You can, but it will create a bottle-neck like effect on it, and you aren't going to gain anymore power than with a 60mm one. It's alot better to get the same size as your exhaust. It won't hurt anything though, and it will free up a little power. If your 100% sure your going to be getting a 70mm exhaust, you can go ahead and do it, if not, just wait until you get an exhaust.

Also, don't start another thread like that. Everyone will say just get the HKS since its nice sounding, and is a 75mm. You can easily ask the question here in your own thread, so no point in a new one.

yeah, if you plan on getting a 70mm catback exhaust then get the 70mm test pipe. you can put it on with the oem exhaust. it will bottle neck a little but nothing you will ever notice. you might still gain 1whp then with the 70mm catback you are golden. they are usually used for about 400-450
