Default need to change this part

I took my s2000 out of the garage when I notice there was liquid on the floor. it looked like oil but more brown. It came from the back of the car. I put the car on the lift. I was worried it was the diff, but it was not.

I took a pic of the part. Can you tell me what it is? I think it is a bushing.
I noticed there is 2 of them but only one is leaking. The question is should I change both?

Those are the rear diff. mounts. You might as well change both, the other one will probably eventually start leaking too.

Only the diff mounts are filled. Not the motor mounts.
