Default new clutch problems....Help

I bought a New clutch from a member here in s2ki.com, brand new....

before I bought this clutch, my clutch pedal got reall stiff, and gears wouldnt go in, lets say I am in second gear, want to shift to third, it was really really hard, in any gear trying to upshift or downshift was like that, it was worst whenever I was in a stop sign or light, trying to put first gear, OR any gear was extremely hard

change the fluid, bleed the system and bought a new slave cylinder, It got a little bit better, but never like it should be...

2 weeks ago I change the clutch, disk, pressure plate, flywheel, bearing, and When I took my old clutch out, one spring was really bad, and a piece of metal was hanging (also from the disk)

I installed everythink like it should, went for a spin, didn't drive hard at all, clutch felt great, everything was ok, until two days ago, now, if the car is in movement, the clutch feels perfect, I have currently 200 miles since I changed the clutch, no hard driving, not even on vtec....the car drives fine, downshift and upshift better than stock, but now if I go to a stop sign or stop light, its really hard to put it in first gear or any gear, including reverse, but only when the car is not moving...

what could be wrong guys??? took me almost 2 days to change the clutch, and now this? could it be the clutch? slave cylinder (didnt grease it when changing the clutch) bleeding the system? tranny ??

also, when the car is off, all gear goes in fine.....

thanks in advance

What brand was the clutch? I had a similar issue on my hatbach when I changed the clutch. After trying everything to fix it I ended up pulling the tranny again and found that the spring on the pressure plate was broken. It was a brand new ACT clutch. They sent me a new one and it worked great after that.

Other issues it could be is the difference in thickness of the disk or flywheel. Did you replace or machine the flywheel?

I just replaced my tranny. I had the same problem. Hard shifting, and wouldnt go into gear sometimes. I replaced

Clutch master cylinder
Clutch/Flywheel
Throw out bearing/Pilot
Slave Clyinder

Nothing worked, I replaced the tranny now its fine. Did you try adjusting your clutch shaft?

but my question is, why did it work really good just for 2 weeks, if the tranny was messed up, I think the problem should had been there since day one that I changed my clutch....

any help?

Read my post above. I bet it is the pressure plate.
