Default NGK Spark plugs

Hey guys I just acquired a set of brand new NGK V power spark plugs from a buddy for free and i was wondering if they would fit my 04 S2k. They are heat range 9, they say non-resistor (not sure wat that means) on the front, and the stock no. is 5238 R5671A-9. I tried doing some searching but got really confused or found nothing, anyone know if I could run these in my car or is that a bad idea? ... better, same, or worse than stock?

Why do you need to change your spark plugs? your stock ones will do fine, you will only need temperature 8 or 9 spark plugs if your running forced induction. 9 is way too cold IMO. stock is best.

They won't fit a Honda anyway. If you have an old Chevy small block, you're in luck.
