Be careful the right mixture of oxygen and nitrogen can be VERY FLAMMABLE. I believe the percentages are like 100% 02 and 0%N
100% o2 0%N isnt a mixture

nitrogen by itself is not flammable

For those wishing to use nitrogen in their cars tires a ready supply is available at any welding supply business.

the dealership you bought it from should do free top off's with nitrogen for one year. Nascar and formula 1 use it on their cars along with airplanes because of the pressure and temperature changing from high altitudes. I wouldn't add air to the nitrogen either because you will lose all the benefits of the nitrogen. The dealer purges the tire to 0 psi, adds nitrogen and repeats the purging process 2 times (air molecules are substantially smaller and escape the valve much faster than nitrogen). Air also holds more moisture than nitrogen. The benefit is the tire will not corrode and deterierate as quickly with nitrogen (moisture doesn't permeate from inside to outside). Nitrogen is great so keep it in the tires.

Constant, or more constant pressure, allows the contact patch to be used properly. Instead of gaining 6-9 PSi on the tracks, allows you to start high, and lower accordingly to desired PSI.
