Default Not the same AP2 to AP1 headlight question..

Ok, so I have JDM clear headlights in my AP1, and my buddy tonight said he would trade me his AP2 headlights for mine. Now, seeing as i'll have everything there together to do the swap, I shouldn't have any problems at all. What i'm wondering is how difficult is it to remove the front bumper? Also, are there any hidden screws or bolts on the headlights that wouldn't be easily noticed?

Nope and nope

You should be just fine, various little clips on top and on the bottom (possibly screws as well but all are visible). There aren't any big surprises with removing the existing stuff from your car but I can't comment on the differences when you go to install the AP2 lights.

Removing the front bumper is a piece of cake. The AP2 lights will be plug and play into your 02.

Only plug and play if you are swapping ballasts.

Oh really? I was unaware that the connector changed in MY04. Sorry for the mis-info.

You can make it work, but the AP1 ballasts won't bolt up to th ebottom of the headlight. You can make a bracket or use zip ties.
