has anybody purchased the 70mm obx throttle body and if so was there a big difference of hp i believe the stock throttle body is 50mm

 

Hm I just searched and it seems like the size is between 62-64.5mm. So you would at most be gaining 8ish mm? Honestly on an NA I don't see this doing anything. You are better off doing the normal intake test pipe and exhaust and getting Emanage or some other tuning than spending your money on this. Also OBX makes junk parts I wouldn't put anything from them on my car.

 

If you want a bigger throttle body I'd go for a Ballade Sports TB for $100 less than a junk OBX.

 

^ agree. I have Ballade Sports 70mm throttle body. You will need a tune for it to maximize your gain.

 

sweet thanks guys yea right now i have the aem short ram intake it deff sounds louder than stock intake box and you can hear it drawing in air at low rpm's and thought if that helped im sure a throttle body would too but ill probably keep the stock one for now you guyes actually feel any hp change for thoes who have it ?
