VHT Wrinkle Finish Red paint. I used it on my DOHC ZC valve cover and it turned out great. I got it at AutoZone.

best way to go. DSR did his -

take it off - send it to which ever PCing place you want (he used a national place in Jersey)

Turned out Very Nice
