Default OEM Lip

Hi,

I am wondering if anybody knows a place who sells an OEM Lip for my MY00 AP1, I want it to have a good fit too obviously.

One problem is I am from the UK, Honda charge way too much for the lip (about £300-£400, and they are on backorder till March). I have seen a few on Ebay USA, but dont know how well they will fit.

Any suggestions?

Ive put this on another part of the site as it seems pretty large and dont want to get missed.

TIA

a lot of s2k owners have the ap1 lip from ebay. they seem to fit alright but of course have gaps in certain areas. i would just get an oem one from honda or wait out for someone to sell theirs since the price of an ebay one + paint is almost the same price as an oem one new.

i have the ebay lip, it fits i guess, 90%. it's not 100% perfect but it's damn close enough for me. you can't even tell unless you get up really close anyways. gotta be creative in mounting it up if your hardware is iffy though.

i'm happy with how mine turned out. i got the lip from ebay, $120 shipped (usa) versus $358 listed above. i then ordered a can of matching paint in a spray can. i painted it myself and it came out beautiful, i think the total cost ended up being maybe $150, not factoring in my own labor.

it is cheaper if you do your own work. my front bumper was scraped up anyways and lips are going to inevitably get scraped too, don't put yourself out babying an expensive jdm lip, check out my lip pics...

s2k aok, where did you get yours from? Which Ebay company? I'm inclined to getting one from an Ebay user called Bayson R. Have you seen the fitment on his?

Thanks for all the help so far
