Anyone know if the 70RT passes emissions? If not, is there a way to make it pass? I'm located in Austin, TX and they currenly do not test emissions here but they do in Houston so I figure it's just a matter of time (plus I heared that they are going to start).

I want a 70mm single titanium exhaust but can't afford an Amuse and I don't want a Veilside (too loud) so this is my only choice.
I'd recommend a J's titanium 70mm for the sound, T1R is a little raspy but it has no resonator, there are pros and cons to both IMO. T1R with no resonator means you wont have to take it back off when your resonator falls apart, which will just be a matter of time with the J's, but like I said I like the way J's sounds over T1R.

If you want to pass emmisions you'll have to use your oem cat or a very expensive high flow, otherwise I wouldn't expect the piping size to effect emissions at all but I could be wrong.

I'm considering the T1R 63 Ver. 2 exhaust but I have to be carefull 4 cops around here...
Now I drive a dual invidia with cat and with silencer wihout any problems, but I don't like the drone... but it's still ok. Without silencer the drone is way to loud imo...
Can somebody compair the T1R 63 Ver. 2 with the invidia dual in my setup or without the silencer?
There is a silencer for the T1R 63 Ver. 2 I think... can it be as "quiet" as the invidia with silencer?
I use the silencer for going to work and daily driving... on meetings and weekends the silencer comes out
nobody?

Invidia is already louder than T1R 63 to begin with It will be quieter for T1R with a silencer.

The 70RT will not pass emissions because that's a straight header back system.

The 70RV3 and 70REM will pass as long as you have your stock cat in your car.

so then how quiet is the 70mm dual sparrow? And is it quiet enough so that i could still have a conversation in the car?
sure you can have a convo in the car. thats not a problem, but when the top is up it is quite loud. not loud enough to not be able to have a conversation.

I know its been asked before but I can't seem to find a recent answer. Are there any plans to make a dual version of the 70R EM? Love the exhaust, just can't make myself put a single on my AP2.
