Hi this is Ryan, the guy who ordered the T1R 63. Here are some pictures.

The tip burned a nice little crescent in the bumper and is now resting exactly where it wants to. This doesn't bother me, but I'm concerned about how the exhaust is resting on the rear strut bar. As you can see, I padded the area with fiberglass/foil exhaust tape and used two hose clamps to hold the pipe to the strut bar to stop it from bouncing. However, I love the wait it looks and sounds and I've had compliments from people on the road. Some have asked who makes it.
The sound level is somewhat louder than stock. At idle, it is almost completely silent with a soft distant rumble you can whisper over. At full throttle, it sounds like a tuned drift car with the volume turned down. Best of all, there is no drone at 60-75 mph on the freeway and very little after that. Since I ordered the 63mm resonated test pipe, I have two resonators and a muffler on otherwise straight piping.

The exhaust should not be rubbing against that bar in the last photo you provided. Do you think you shoot some photos of the exhaust from under the car, I would like to take a look at the exhaust.
You can send the photos to info@aj-racing.com. I'll see what I can do to help remove this problem.

what the fudge? is it not only rubbing the frame it is eating the bumper...TERRIBLE FITMENT, i have had a t1r 70mm v3, best fitting exhaust ive had.
I bought the T1R "Evasive Limited" 70R Stainless exhaust, which is really amazing. It drones pretty bad right at 3000rpm under half throttle, but i adjusted my driving a bit and i hardly notice it after a few weeks.
Im not a big fan of overpriced parts, but I picked this up for $600 lightly used, and Im so glad I didnt get a greddy 70mm. Is this overpriced new? hell yes, but its a sweet ass exhaust that looks kinda stock if thats what you are going for.
