Q300 is a very quiet exhaust. i love mine. louder than stock for sure. and since this being a quiet exhaust, if you were at a stop light and a ricer pulls up with his fart can will drown your exhaust out. i know this for a fact, but when the light turned green i dumped his ass and took off and stupid civic couldnt keep up.

snorkels, ehhh. the only intakes that work are paswordjdm and the ones you have to cut the hood for. because the snorkels that "fit" without cutting the oem hood, has a pitch at the 90 degree bend from behind the bumper to the intake box. this pitch restricts a lot of air at idle when dragging.
I hadn't thought about that for the snorkel. I might just go with the FIPK then.

Thanks!

I didnt want to get a snorkel either since it gets really thin, and doesnt look like much air can go through there. I just got an AUT style cooling plate, and my car no longer "shudders" on hot days. Well worth the money, and gets tons of fresh air from the front bumper.

T1R half shaft spacers
T1R rear bump steer kit

both items broke down at the track and caused damages to the car
What was the failure mode of the T1R half shaft spacers?

for me... CF OE style hood, looked fine. but unpainted carbon fiber is beginning to look tacky to me, since the stock aluminum hood weighs just about the same. put that back on.
The OEM CF actually weights more than OEM allum.

hm...

invidia q300 exhaust. I knew I wanted a single but went with the invidia because of price. Bought a different exhaust a few months later.

4.57 rear end. Wish I hadnt listened to the online reviews.... I should have just gone 4.77.

Why? The 4.57 aren't cutting it? I just got them too but haven't gotten the chance to install

Honestly, a buddy of just got 4.77's and loves them. I'd say sell the 4.57's and get the 4.77's. As good as the 4.57's are ever gonna be, the car will perform better with 4.77's. He uses the same exact amount of gas with them. They just make the car so much peppier and more fun to drive.

I too would like 4.77's but I have an ap2 so they would be too short.

Spugen Dual exhaust w/ Magnaflow cans....Sounds like a Ferrari at 6 - 9k
but the DRONE on the Freeway was out of order. Sold it and got a
Fujitsubu Legalis...Great exhaust. No drone and a good exhaust note.
