Default Piston question

Rebuilding an engine, and by rebuilding I am pretty much starting from scratch. I have a good block and good crank. I plan on putting aftermarket rods in, and I would like to use aftermarket pistons WITHOUT sleeving the block. So that narrows it down to mahle, unless there is something new I have not heard of. Will someone help me find a part number for a set of pistons to keep me at the factory compression ratio. Btw, I have an ap1 block, crank, and head.

You would have to contact Mahle, not sure if they make OEM ratio pistons but maybe this link will help http://realstreetper...-f22c-2870.html

As for the block itself, make sure the FRM liner is round and perfectly mirror finished because if not, you will have trouble later on. I have heard a number of builders say that with some mileage, the cylinders can go out of round and only a very small few shops know how to hone these blocks properly and even then you have a very small margin to work with.
