problem with new berk TP
its got a leak on both sides of the header flange, i double checked the fitment and the tightness and its still leakin, anyone have this before? no check engine light which is good but im not sure why its leakin???

There is not crush washer but the donut washer could have gone bad...you may want to replace that. How tight did you bolts the spring bolts?
I installed a Berk TP three weeks ago and I've got a small leak between the TP and header as well. As far as I know, this is probably because I tightened one side of the flange completely before tightening the other side. I should have alternated from one side of the flange to the other while tightening.
Also, overtightening those springbolts is impossible... unless of course you tighten them enough to snap them.
Once "B" (the round seat on the bolt) has come in contact with the header flange, the spring will be properly tensioned. IIRC, you cannot tighten "A" to tighten the spring tension. The only part of the springbolt assembly that can be tightened is "C"
heres a pic...
