Specs on the LEDs? Those LEDs really don't look like they'll be nearly bright enough to be remotely safe.

I think you should have the opposite. Have the C pattern as your driving lights and the full red as your brakes. That way it'll be brighter when you step on the brakes.

nah i know the holes are off tomorrow im gonna redo them just finished my final exams and my red leds came in an they are so bright that you could see me hitting my brakes over 2 miles away =D
im gonna try the same idea 1/2 the leds and the same as now just with all the holes for the leds alligned correctly. and i think the c pattern for the driving lights might be a good idea. that way the brake lights will be way brighter.
