Default Pss9 or KW V3

Hey all sorry to bring back an old topic but after reading old posts for the past few days I still can't find a clear cut answer.

I am going to be getting coilovers soon.. either pss9 or kw v3. My main concerns are is the v3 a good DD? some people have said it can be a lil rough for dd but then others said with certain settings it can ride like stock. I haven't been able to get a clear cut answer.

Also the only concern i have with the stock suspension is that floaty feeling. Would the pss9 with it's softer spring rates compared to the v3 still tame the floatiness? If so i might just be happy with the pss9.

I had a RSX type s before my s2000 and i had buddy club coilovers and hated how rough the ride was.

Please pss9 and kw v3 owners help me out!!

Thanks

I wouldn't mind getting the v3 i just don't want to feel every crack and bump in the road when I'm driving around town.

I jsut installed some v3's and i think they still have a good comfy ride in my opinion compared to OEM..

Also the handling improved very, VERY well...

Best mod i did so far..

It really depends on how dedicated you'll be to tracking your car. The KWs are far better for the track IMO. I have PSS9s set to 6 in the front and 8 in the rear (1 being the stiffest and 9 being the softest) and I wouldn't call them floaty at all.

What were the spring rates on your buddy clubs? That might give us an idea of what you consider to be a rough ride.

the KW's have a VERY WIDE range of adjustability. you can make it rattle your brain out, or have it pretty soft. i only have mine set about 1 click higher than the recommended settings and it is pretty stiff. the kw's are also compression/rebound adjustable separate from each other which is a plus. i cant really comment on the other as i have not had them before, but from previous readings it is known to be that they are softer than the kw's
