Ok so everyone has HID driving lights. Well a few months ago I bought a set of 3K HID's for my high beams. Love them, the viability is great at night, and they look mean as hell...and when someone cuts you off, its a great way to pay them back nicely...lol

But the only thing I hate about them is that they have to warm up to get bright. Now I think my last sentence answered my question in that they have to warm up but are there any ballasts that warm up, or just dont take as much time to get bright? Mine currently take about 10-15 seconds at the most. I know its not long, but its just something that has always been in the back of my head.
