I'm looking at replacing my whole headlight assembly within the next week or two. My driver side headlight had a crack in it when I bought the car, a little detail that they happened to leave out. After about a week, my headlight stopped working. After taking the headlight/ballast out and examining them both, I turned my ballast sideways and water came out (??). My passenger side headlight has a broken bracket, so I'll need to replace that one anyway. I'm looking at buying the JDM headlights online, but they don't come with ballasts. I'm wondering if I can fit Matsushita ballasts onto these lights? They're much lighter and way more compact than the OEM AP1 ballasts.
