Racing Beat Exhaust
Okay everyone so i am fabricating my exaughst system from the headers back and i wanna do a way which problly no one has ever done but i wanna know what you guys will think before i buy the pipes and mufflers and weld and it would be a crappy as exhaust system or maybe its a thumbs up
D i wanna go stainless steel 3" pipeing on a none turbo/ supercharded just a cold air intake everything else bone stock and make it from the headers back with a 3" racing beat pre silencer and 1 single racing beat muffler, i know these mufflers are known for mazda rx-7's but i really am curious how it would work on the s2k anyone give me addvice or heads up, thanks you can also text me if ud like my numbers 909 278 98 86 thanks! i called racing beat and they were like we have never dynoed it on a s2k so idk i dont wanna be the first but i dont wanna just loose out on money either lol

The racing beat exhaust components are very well made. When I mean well made, I mean very very well made.
Full stainless, thick wall, stainless steel wool for packing. Rotaries are known for high exhaust gas temp and flames. Usually generic mufflers and even higher end ones literally explode at the welds and all the fibreglass baffling gets melted.
My only concern is that the exhaust would be too overkill for S2000s. The mufflers and presilencers are heavy because of the durability of them. We don't see the same exhaust gas temps as rotaries.
I would say you should find lighter parts.

Personally I think the most gains is with a proper tuned exhuast that can scavenge and then a tune on the ecu to get the correct fuel
curve and timming with the different flow characteristic of the exhuast.
From what I have read the stock system actually flows very well.

yeah i was planing on makeing kinda the same flow on the new exhaust except for where the two pipes divide into 2 mufflers they did that super ugly right there they squeezed the crap out of the right pipe that why my s2ks, left muffler releases more air then my right. so what do you guys think thumps up on the racing beat pre silencer and racing beat muffler?
