My installer is having trouble installing the MRacing mirrors and judging from the photos he sent me, the "triangle" area (see photo below-not my car) seems pretty hacked up.



I am considering asking the shop to replace the triangle area with a brand new set, but I'm not sure the part is replaceable. I looked on Majestic's website and found the photo below. Is part #5 and 12 what I'm looking for?

 

I replaced mine bc of wear. Took about 30 min. I think it's 2-3 bolts and some wiggling to get it out.
