Default Replacing OEM Wiper blade rubber help

I searched around for a previous topic on this but couldn't seem to come across one. There's a piece of metal going through the rubber that i can tell has to come off i just cant figure out how. Could someone point me in the direction of said topic.

Just to clarify its the rubber not the blade, like this:

Current installed rubber with metal going through it (you can see it in the top right sorry about lighting):

IMO its better to change the whole wiper blade.... i dont thrust the rubber change thingy

took some fiddling to fit it.

Yeah i just had to slip those metal bars out that go through the rubber. And yeah ill change the whole blade soon but was given the rubber when i bought the car so figured id at least get some use out of them.
