The split ones you can get away with dropping the subframe about 25mm.

even with the spoon ones only needed to drop it 30mm, but have to remove the bolts.

Impressions:
No drastic improvement, a bit more of a stiffer feeling without being uncomfortable.
Im still on stock ap1 suspension though, just did this because i got the Spoon collars for a good deal with a free shirt.
Got it from local spoon distributor so it should be legit.
