Default Rocker arm Modification

Okay, So I have seen this mod on a SOHC vtec, and was just curious if it could work on a F20C??

So it is kind of like the Toda Vtec killer cam kit. but what I have seen done is to remove the vtec solenoid and pin the rocker arms together to the vtec arm. so the Vtec lobe is always engaged, I know you supposedly lose torque on bottom end, but Can it work??

If done right, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. I'd buy a standalone though. But really, why? You'll gain nothing and loose power where the low cam should be. If you had custom cams made and loose the middle rockers, then you'd free up some power through valveterain loses.
