Default S2000 ambers ?

Hello!
I am the owner of AP1 S2000.

Does anyone know how to do amber lights. As an American version.

What you have is the shown in the first picture, but you want is shown in the second picture?

If so, you can either purchase the American headlights or change the diffusers.

ricks2k has a good guide for for changing them if you go that route.

It's funny how everyone wants what they don't have on this car, in North America they clear out those lenses all the time. Honestly I prefer the orange colour over clear, it is a nice contrast/accent on the front end. Good luck with the conversion, you can often find the orange diffusers offered in the for sale forum from guys who have converted theirs.

orange amber looks the best in my opinion and is probably safer as far as driving goes. just like clear tail lights, dot says drivers have a harder time knowing where your tailslights are expected to light up in daytime driving, or so what one officer said to me when he told me my dot approved clears on my crx and tryed to give me a ticket.

if you buy from someone in the states, they will most likely sell them for $20 because they are pretty much worthless to us. Most people want the clear diffusers.

heres a video on how to do it:

Not sure what it is about the clears, but I love the ambers more than the clears.
