Default s2000 ap1 immobiliser bypass

hey guys! i am currently buying a 2002 ap1 s2k

the car used to be turbo and went back to NA , during the swap a ECU from an other S2000 was put in it and the Immobilizer chip was taken out of it , since there is no immobilizer chip a check engine code p1607 is on, i know there is a way to send the ecu to someone to get a dummy chip or sometthing soldered in to get rid of the check engine light , but i do not know who or where to send it to, any info? thanks!

Just have a Honda dealer pair your key to the ECU
