Default S2000 J's 60rs Titanium Exhaust (Video)

I'm not sure if there is already a video clip of a J's dual exhaust, but I made one anyway.

I've also got the Invidia 70mm test pipe and HKS Jasma header so it's a little deeper. Probably one of my favorite exhausts Ive owned, next to the Spoon N1 single.

Love the growl of that set up. Was it shot with a GoPro by chance? If so, the sound is pretty clean.

Yeah I used my GoPro for this lol. Trying to make some good use of it

Appreciate the kind word fellas!

I used to have an Invidia N1 also, drone is insane. But the Spoon N1 drone was gnarly too lol. I absolutely love the J's even though its so damn expensive. I was lucky enough to get it from my friend for a good deal

hey dude, thanks for posting the vid. I'm looking into this exhaust too and was wondering the following:

1. does it drone?
2. what are the benefits of changing the headers?
3. will I need to run a test pipe? if not - what are the consequences?

Thanks in advance!

Im no auto technician, but I can give you responses based on my experiences.

1. There is almost no drone. Has a nice little growl throughout the RPMS, and with a WOT it sounds legit, especially when VTEC cracks.
2. Benefits I gained from changing the header was a little bit more high end power. Havent gotten it dyno'd yet, but I can definitely feel a little better on the pulls. Gives it a deeper growl in the low end as well. Over all, better flow through the whole exhaust.
3. You dont need to run a test pipe, you can get a high-flow cat. But, I think youll experience better gains if you have some sort of open-flow pipe. The stock cat might constrain a bit of power.

Hope this helps at all! PM me if you want any more input.

just curious, how come you went with the 70mm test pipe instead of 60/63mm test pipe?

I used to have an Invidia exhaust and figured have a 70mm would be more efficient if I ever went forced induction.

60mm might have been more ideal with the 60rs, but, I dont think it would make a whopping difference.

Apologize for the late late laaaaate reply lol
