Default s2000 License plate backing.. availability?

Does anyone know if one of these is available for the s2k?

I've got some damage from the previous owner to the area around my rear license plate.. instead of paying to have the thing repaired/replaced and painted I was wondering if anyone made a license plate backing accessory.. ?

Never seen anything like that for the s2k. Picture of the damage? Maybe you can custom fab your own?

Not sure how I'd custom fab CF..

thought about painting the inside pocket myself.. i'd be worried about the lines though.

CF actually is like fabric, its the epoxy that gives it its stiffness. It would be messy though. Vinyl wouldn't be a bad option. I say a flat black color would be the best way to go.
