Default S2000 pedal assembly replacement help

I'm not mechanically inclined so bear with me... how hard is it to swap out the gas, brake, clutch pedal assemblies with a used set like pictured below? Anyone have any instructions/guide from somewhere?

they all bolt in, you'd need to disconnect the BMC, CMC, and throttle cable. probably be helpful to pull the seat so you get some good room to contort you body while you're upside down for 30 minutes messing with it

Would clutch or brakes need to be bled after disconnecting? Sorry for what may be a dumb question
