I bought my seibon top about 4 months ago and installed it a short time later. Soon after the install it i noticed that the top is contacted by the trunk lid when fully opened. At first i fixed the problem using a migshift stopper. But this solution failed twice does anyone have any suggestions for this.

Larger stopper would work well like poster below stated...

 

I was under the impression that this is normal for the Mugen (and replica) hardtops. Get a cord that keeps the trunk from opening all the way or something.

 

This issue is not seibon specific. I just put a larger rubber stopper on the trunk arms in place of the OEM one.
