Default Serious Question on Amuse R1 Bumper

Well I purchased an Amuse R1 bumper and got it yesterday and took it to the bodyshop. It had 2 wierd kind of L shaped brackets of some sort and I am confused on what they are for. Can anyone who knows what I am talking about because as of right now I am clueless and car is getting painted soon.

I may have figured it out but just to be safe. Are they the scrape guards or I guess they look like mud flaps before the front tires?

The bumper comes with two frp tire strakes as well as two metal license plate brackets.

If they are FRP, they are the front wind deflectors that mount in front of the wheels. These go in place of what is normally there on an OEM bumper. looks like a short mudflap kind of.
