Default Shift knobs other than balls

Does anyone make a shift knob that is not a ball? I am looking for something like this

that is S2000 specific and is colored to match the interior trim pieces.

Um... don't know if it's what you're looking for, but I love this one I have on my car. It's not as low as some of the more countersunk ones, but it's DAMN heavy and smoothens the shift really nicely. Please ignore the horrendously dirty interior, this was when I just got the car from it's previous owner. Shift knob went on before even getting washed, cos the old knob was scratched and dimpled from the guy's wife's jewellery. Looked like a dog chewed golf ball and I couldn't have that!! It's the skunk2 and it's very cheap as well for a such a nicely machined piece of solid billet steel.

I can't think of anything s2000 specific, but Science of Speed's Zanardi replica should be a pretty good match. Look elsewhere if you want a low shift knob, though. It sits a little higher than stock.

Doesn't Mugen make a knob similar to that shape? It might be a bit taller though.

Edit:

skunk 2 knob... its heavy so shifting is so smooth and you can thread your stock shifter an extra 3rd of an inch and it sits nice and low

and its a nice dark gun metal

That is nice too. I do want to countersink it though. I have the momo one that i showed a picture for. I am trying to rig it up nicely in the S2k. It fit my Subaru really well. I need to make it work well in the Honda. I have just had this knob for almost 10 years and used it in all my cars, I might need to switch it up sometime soon though.
