Default Should I buy FlashPro from an authorized retailer?

I found a local performance parts retailer that sells FlashPro for $610, cash only. It looks like they sell FlashPro regularly since they had 6 of the Civic Si versions sitting on the shelf. I told them my only reservation is what Hondata has written on their website:

"Make sure you order your FlashPro through a Hondata authorized dealer so that you obtain the full benefits of the FlashPro, including warranty."

The owner told me that Hondata would have to honor the warranty by law. Another local shop, Bisimoto, is listed as an authorized dealer, and they sell it for retail.

What are the full benefits of FlashPro and what is their warranty policy?

I purchased mine from Evans Tuning because he was tuning my car. I chose to pay his price because of his impeccable reputation for the best customer service. I have not been disappointed in either the Flashpro or Evans. Buy from who you want, but remember peace of mind is worth more than a few bucks.

Do you still get the $150 rebate from Hondata if you buy it from Evan's tuning?

Thanks for the input. I just ordered from Evans since they are an authorized retailer and they offer $50 of the next purchase. Clutches don't last forever.

Does anybody know the stock fuel cutoff and what the default tune sets it to?
