So here's how I did, in case someone else need some ideas

Oh I forgot to tell that i used 3 screwes like this in each hole that originally where there.
So there is 3 screwes on each side. I will add a scew up front to fasten it to the inner fender later.
Thinking about adding some 3m-double sided tape aswell..

RivNuts are also a good alternative.

Finally! Thanks for your post as I always wanted to know how installation is done.
Are they called 'U nuts'? (Cage nuts?) Which type to use?

No problems. Glad to help! The ones I used is like 1 cm wide and like 2 cm long

Even tho I used 3 screwes like this, they feel a little loose anyways, but that is thanks to the plastic material in my splitters. I maybe should have bought CF-splitters instead. But they make a fine look anyways!
I have ordered some strong 3M-tape to fasten them a little harder.

About the RivNuts they seem to do the job good too.
My U-clips does not scratch the paint since I bended them a little with a flat screwdriver. This way they don't bind as hard as they normally did, and they also became easier to attach.
I think my method is the cheapest way of doing this if you want to drill a small hole rather than a screw right through the chassis.
