get ready to loose those C clamps eventually unless u tighten them all the time, all 4 of mine are long gone, we drilled and use a different mounting style to reattach the lower part of the strake once those clamps were gone

 

^ I did the same thing, those clamps suck!

 

Thanks guys... I'll make sure to keep an eye on the clamps... maybe even use some loc-tite.

Nice. I've gone back and forth with wanting them (had a couple of great opps to buy used sets), but I'm still a little undecided.

That being said, yours look outstanding! Maybe it's the really tight/clean mounting that makes them look more integrated [?]

Yeah, I've bought a used set before without hardware and it's kind of worrisome not know how to install it without it but knowing what I know now, you can totally do it making your own hardware.

Def looks good, I think having the OEM front lip with the side strakes looks outstanding, great job.
