kindly help me out as I would like to buy a spare engine and transmission for my Honda S2000, 2001 year from Canada.

any website special for such a thing?

If you are looking to buy brand new OEM from Honda, only the transmission is available (AP2 transmission technically). Honda no longer offers complete short block assemblies for the F20C. You can buy a new bare cylinder head assembly and new valves etc. and carry over other head parts from your existing head assuming they are in good shape. Used is always an option.

 

JDM importers across Canada usually have them, check your closest metropolis. Good luck.

No it is not. He replied to my thread when my transmission failed. Here is what he told me.
Good for you for finding it, I would have guessed a bad bearing. Broken gear teeth aren't common on these trannies, sucks to hear this happened. Good luck with your venture to find a replacement. I sold a mint low mile tranny a while back to Robin and then he re-sold it to someone else so I lost track of it after that.

 

I suggest you call Serge at 916 761 6756 in Sacramento CA. He dismantles S2k's and has both. Also used cats.
