Default Spoon Calipers + FI?

Im tryig to decide which breaking set up to go with . Would the Spoon Calipers be good enough for a 400 hp + AP1? I have stock breaks on now but I know I have to upgrade to something better.

yeah...tracking your car is the bigger question here.

are you more concerned with brake fade or stopping power?

If he were planning to track the car he probably wouldn't be considering a 400whp setup... thats a lot of heat! Stock brakes are fine for street or track anyway, a pad upgrade is probably in order.

No I wouldnt be tracking the car Im more concern with stopping power at high speeds not that im going to be topping out everyday but im concern with safety when i step on the car. a buddies mentioned the brendo bbk but $3k is out my budget right now.Wasnt sure about the Spoon calipers since they are designed for track and n/a cars that why I asked. Thanks for the info tho guess Ill just be changing the pads for now . Any suggestions on what pads I should go with ?

Will you be DDing the car? You may look into Carbotech's selection of pads... the "bobcat" pad may be suitable for you.
