Default Spoon or Toda

Im looking at getting exhaust and headers in the near future. So im interested in some opinions out there. What is better the spoon products or the toda products. I have a toda flywheel and purchased it bescause I was told/read it was better than spoon's flywheel. Is this the same with headers and exhaust?

please tell us what you mean by better. (most hp na, most torque na, most power forced induction, best craftsmanship, best value etc)

Best header for NA is the j's in terms of torque gain and power with aftermarket ecu or stock ecu reflash on 06 or newer.

best exhaust in my opinion is the amuse titanium. (best exhaust is more debatable then best header)

spoon loss the header!!! toda is pretty good on price. i was looking into getting one but i got a good price on a t1r header. and the best exhaust is amuse but between toda or spoon. that is a tough choice.

Hey...how many headers are you going to buy? I'd really like to find out what number makes the most hp. I've only ever used one header on an s2k, but maybe more is better.
