Spoon or Toda

I've owned both Spoon and Toda cat backs, I could not feel any performance difference (they're may have been a dyno difference) but the Toda build quality was better than Spoon IMO.

The J's header is only good if you can tune for it. For a stock ECU the Toda is better.

Toda Flywheell and Spoon Flywheel's are pretty much the same thing just different branding. If you look, they both have the same part number

No matter what header you get more gains can be had with tuning.

Why not Toda header and Spoon 70mm single... that was my second choice when I bought my exhaust. Ended up with Toda header and 70mm T1R-EM single exhaust.

Exhaust you can preatty much flip the coin... header I would also say J
