neither...believe me I have a lot of little Spoon goodies adn they are generally made by other companies...love the look of the stuff but the price is just up there...it's fine for things like an engine torque damper and a sparkplug cover, but where it comes to crucial parts, save your $$ and go with Berk...they make a great header that won't break the bank...combine it with a test pipe and a decent cat-back and a tune...you'll be satisfied...the Berk header is proven to gain 5hp and with a tune you'll get a little more out of it...of course you have to combine it with the test pipe and exhaust but that's the way to do it
