From what I understand the H-Tech is more expensive.

IIRC (going off memory) the following should be the drop:

S techs are 1.0 F and 1.0 R.

H tech are 1.7F and 1.0

I think the "H" is stiffer as well..

The H techs are leaned more towards a cushy ride. Not that the S techs are stiff or anything. They almost feel softer than stock.

I drove my friend's car with S techs. I have KWs. It feels like my car..but with a flat tire and more body roll. So not like my car at all......

I would recommend getting Espiler ASD lowering springs. They drop the rear a little more than the front. I think it is the best drop you can get from lowering springs, IMO. As far as choosing a Tein lowering springs, I ahve no clue.
