If you also have Invidia 70mm N1 installed, with stock ECU... You'll definitely going to have a lean mixture. That will make the car much slower.
Invidia N1 is too large for NA setup with stock ECU...
from my experience F20C2 AP1 2004...I had UEGO installed.
When I had only AEM V2 CAI and testpipe, the car was making on UEGO AFR at around 13.5 - 14 from 6000-8000 RPM..then around 12 from 8000-9000
when I installed invidia N1.. the AFR jumped to 15..
70mm exhaust is usually used for cars close to 300 HP and not 240HP.
hence.. no backpressure...

I don't have an opinion about whether the Invidia N1 is too large for an NA setup or not. That all depends on the harmonics.
However, I've had lots of experience with my previous S2000 ('02) with an LM-1 Wideband and a custom piggy-back ECU. The lean spike that you see at VTEC isn't really a problem. My '08 AP2 when it was nearly stock AND my brother's totally stock '06 AP2 both have a lean spike up past 14.5:1 at the VTEC transition.

Lean=more power.
Thank you gernby,
it's relative... and when I say lean, that means too lean ..over stoich...
and that is dangerous on the long run..
probably AP1 2000-2003 are rich enough to get gains from minor mods ?! and not 2004.. EDM..cause that what happened with me..
And yes I notice spikes around 14.2 at vtec transition than stays around 13.8...13.5 until 8200-8300 and above, it starts riching to sometimes 11.9....so the richness if that what guys are talking about is barely 800 RPM range at limits... however the other 2300 RPM 6000-8300 .. the car becomes veryyyy lean if equipped with such mods...
I installed a header once, and the car reached 16 at vtec transition, yes 16...I saw the number, and immediately, I took it off.. and I took off the 70mm n1 exhaust too at the moment..
I just got the AEM EMS V2.. and plan to install back the mods again and tune but 63mm exhaust this time.. I say 70mm is too large for NA...
you might benefit at 8000-9000 RPM.. but you will definitely loose at the whole range below that
