Thumbs up test pipe with my megan

I have the 2.5" megan witch really is a 2" and im wondering witch TP i should get cause right now. My exaust sounds great and i dont want it to get raspy or anything like that...I know a TP will change the sound but will a 3" make it more raspy then a 2" as my exaust is smaller then the TP? Im guessing smoother airflow the better so IS A 2" MY CHOICE? help!

63mm would be your better choice but even then a 63mm is pretty much a 2.5 inch, its only slightly larger. and a 70mm isnt 3 inches. 70mm is 2.75 inchs. a 3inch would be a 76mm test pipe.

I would suggest going with a 63mm test pipe. Personally, I think the 70mm test pipes would be a little too loud. Above all, if you are concerned with noise from the exhaust the 63S test pipe which we feature is resonated as well.

The T1R 63S test pipe also includes an 02 fix and all the necessary hardware for installation. If you'd like to get a quote on this, feel free to PM me, I'll work out a good price for you!

Regards,

I'd personally stay away from the Megan resonated test pipes. I have had 2 and both had the resonator come apart inside and rattle like crazy. Also know someone else local with the same issue.
