in my opinion.. no it is not worth it. and 300-350 for an intake? Thats cheap... go look at the passwordjdm systems, J's, mugen, ASM, much more expensive for such a small gain. Save that extra money for a supercharger, turbo, or an ITB build.

It's worth it for the sound alone IMO, but to each their own.

A K&N FIPK is one of the best intakes for the money. You can get them for like $220 shipped, and they have proven gains. Its not 7whp, but it sounds awesome and looks decent.

imo, no they are not worth it. insignificant gains for expensive cost of more than 200. however, if you could find a really good cheap deal on one, why not? i've seen some intakes go here for as low as less than a 100 on certain occasions.

if you wanted sound, just take the airbox cover off. there's some people who hate this idea because they will "lose power" or "bog". but then again, theres some people who consider taking 20lbs of the car a major improvement.

you drive a s2000, not a civic or a mustang. Get used to spending money to mod. It's no longer $100 inerval type of moding its $1000 inervals. Seriously! It seems everything I have done is over $1000 each part.
