Default Throttle body on 2007

?? Is its possble to use an aftermarket TB with the DBW??

Yes and no, there are companies that will bore out your stock throttle body and put in a bigger butterfly. But other than that I don't believe there are any DBW aftermarkets available.

The stock TB is not a bottleneck in the s2k. The stock TB moves as much air as the head can handle without FI. If you turbo or SC, then a larger TB might help.

I think AJ Racing sells a larger diameter TB for the dbw cars on their website. I plan on getting one when I go with the SC.

Agent! How are things in Estonia? I always wanted to travel there when I lived in Germany. Kind of glad that I am not there right now though, bet it is seriously COLD!!

We have done several throttle by wire throttles. We've seen gains in the 2-3 hp range for NA and 8-10 hp for even mild forced induction (ie. base Comptech kit). You can see this on our website:
