This is a rather broad and open to a lot of opinions/debate/disagree ...however

The spacer some will claim it helps.some will claim its useless.some will claim it may do something that you'll never feel and some will claim it'll only help when in use with those thermal insulating gaskets before and after the spacer and one in between the he'd and manifold.

In theory the spacer will help lower iats and potentially create more plenum volume.sounds good but the thing is rather small so any increase will be tiny.they look cool tho to some lol.

As far as a throttle body.it depends on your goals and setup .I run a bdl 68mm .the OEM tb for the 00 I have was a 65mm that tapered down to 62mm ...but the opening on the intake Mani was 65mm so it was undersized and lost potential flow.the bdl is a 68 that tapers down to a 65 to match properly to the stock manifold.and looks nice being polished and forced me to rerun the coolant line that usually runs thru the tb and just runs under it so potentially lowered my iat and looks nicer and flows better.

I have thought about the spacer with all the thick insulating gaskets to give it a while or satisfy my I did a mod its awesome and cheap placebo effect.maybe do before and after temp tests.

If there was any meaningful gain to be had I'd imagine car manufacturers would simply design the manifold to mimic the spacer given how cheap it could be done. They do look cool though and dress up the engine nicely like anodized pulleys.

Just go with one of those intake tornado things and a turbo whistler....

No. Don't waste your money. Get a K&N filter instead.
